The Lerwick Boating Club was full as Shetland Maritime Heritage Society held the launch event with plenty of boaty-talk and music.
A sold out crowd attended the launch event of the Shetland Maritime Heritage Society on Thursday 14th October.
The event, arranged by Realta Events Managmement, brought together traditional boat enthusiasts to hear Tommy Isbister speak about boat building tools and techniques. A selection of maritime themed tunes and reels from the Haltadans kept the evening going and conversation flowing.
