Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We ensure our server is maintained by a secure and professional provider. Any breach reported to us will immediately be reported on to you to allow you to take any actions such as changing passwords etc.  We will never ask you to provide confidential financial information through www.realtaevents.co.uk.  Any payment for services or tickets will be done through a third party secure payment provider and we will never have access to your full payment information.

What third parties we receive data from

We do not purchase contact information from third parties. If we hold your personal details, it is because you have chosen to submit this information yourself.

If required by any government or police body we will disclose information requested, but only as a result of an official and legal request for legitimate purposes.
